Warranty

Our lights are covered by a 3 month manufacturer's warranty for any manufacturing faults. This is not covered for general wear and tear, or damage caused by the buyer. We individually quality check every light before they are sent out to you. So the light will always be in perfect working order. 

Care

Inside the box, you will find an instruction manual leaflet on your light. your light is not a toy and should not be given to children to handle. The bulbs are very fragile, so please make sure your light is handled with great care. 

Due to our products being handmade, each light will vary slightly in appearance. Particularly where the welds have been joined and smoothed out, sometimes little rivets/dents will show. this is not considered a fault.

Refunds

We will exchange/ refund the item if it is deemed to be a manufactural fault. All returns must be sent back to Louie Louie within 14 days of receiving the product. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
